DESCRIPTION:Park Up and Play is our NEW outdoor play group for parents and children. Come and meet other local families who are learning to live and thrive with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus. We gather every week in a park around Sheffield and the surrounding area\, to chat\, catch up\, share stories and advice and get a breath of fresh air together. This might be the event for you if you struggle to get to North Sheffield every week\, because the location is flexible and varied. \nWe’re a friendly bunch and love to welcome new faces. DESCRIPTION:Stay and Play is our weekly Sheffield play group for our young members and their parents or carers. We have a welcoming space for kids to have lots of fun\, meaning that parents can meet and chat with each other. Entry is free and a hot drink is provided! Siblings are welcome to join us too. \nOur friendly team set up and run plenty of activities\, including books\, sensory fun\, toys and music. The children have a great time and it’s a great opportunity to connect with other parents/carers who are in a similar situation. We meet every week\, so you can really build lasting relationships. Our team members also have personal experience of Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus\, making it a unique and helpful local group. \nOur venue\, Burton Street Foundation\, is excellent and easily accessible\, located in Hillsborough\, Sheffield. We hope to see you there!
