It’s a great way to get out and about with others and members can build lasting friendships. We’ll organise the logistics\, you just turn up and have a good time! \nChat Away at The Dice Box \n\nJoin us for our next Chat Away at The Dice Box in Sheffield! Come along for a relaxed afternoon of board games and connection in a friendly\, welcoming space.\n\nThe event is free for our members and you’re welcome to bring along a friend\, family member and/or support worker. Whether you’re catching up with familiar faces or meeting new people\, it will be a day centred around a relaxed atmosphere. \nSHASBAH’s Got Skills: Fun Performances – Get Involved! \nWe’re inviting guests to take part in light-hearted performances – whether you can juggle\, tell jokes\, perform a short act\, or showcase any hidden talent. This is your moment to shine and bring smiles! \nGot some funny jokes or a favourite song? Whatever it is\, we’re here to celebrate with a bit of fun together! It’s open to everyone to share a hidden talent\, however small. A gift will be given to every participant. \nParticipation is completely optional\, but highly encouraged – this is all about fun and celebrating each other. \nKarl Goddard Award Winner Announcement \nA key highlight of the day will be the presentation of our Karl Goddard Award from former BBC Radio Sheffield’s Andy Kershaw\, recognising an individual who has gone above and beyond in supporting and uplifting others within the community. \nJoin us as we celebrate their achievements and dedication. \nBusiness Stalls and Networking Opportunity \nLocal businesses from across Sheffield will be hosting stalls\, offering a fantastic opportunity to: \n\nDiscover local services and initiatives\nBuild meaningful connections\nExplore potential partnerships\nLearn more about how businesses can support charitable work\n\nThis event is not only a celebration but also a platform to strengthen ties between the charity\, its members\, and the wider business community. \nThroughout the day\, you’ll have the chance to learn more about what we do\, the people we support\, and how you can get involved as a member\, volunteer\, or partner organisation. \nWe warmly welcome members\, families\, carers\, local businesses\, and community supporters to come together for a day of celebration\, inspiration\, and connection.
