Volunteer Treasurer
We are now looking to recruit a Volunteer Treasurer to join our team and manage the charity finances and help prepare accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to make a real difference, broaden your board-level experience, meet inspiring people, and be part of a welcoming community.
As Treasurer, you will:
• Oversee and help manage charity finances, spending, and accounts
• Work closely with our Director of Services
• Support preparation of accounts and financial reporting
• Assist with grant applications to support future funding
You’ll also be invited to:
• Attend SHASBAH events throughout the year
• Get to know our members and wider community
• Attend quarterly trustee meetings (online via Zoom or in person)
The Volunteer Treasurer role is approximately 8 hours per month.
