We are Sheffield Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus
We are a registered charity, based in Sheffield, supporting everyone with Spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus in the local area. Since 1964, we have helped individuals, families and carers by:
- Befriending individuals and introducing them to our community
- Hosting social events to reduce isolation
- Giving specialist advice in areas such as care, treatment, education and housing
- Providing small-scale financial aid for specific needs
Our team consists of part-time staff and many generous volunteers. We have invaluable personal experience of supporting loved ones with Spina bifida and hydrocephalus. We’re here to offer support that is tailored to the needs of each person we meet.
