Join us for a fun and sociable afternoon! Our weekly Sheffield adults group is an opportunity to get out of the house and meet other SHASBAH members. This week, we’re meeting at Graves Park Animal Farm and Cafe. We’ll look around the farm, then stop at the cafe for a hot drink and more chatting.

We’ll organise the logistics, you just turn up and have a good time. It’s a great opportunity to get to know other people who have spina bifida or hydrocephalus. We meet every other week, so you can really build lasting relationships and try lots of new things. We’re a friendly bunch!
