Join us for a fun and sociable afternoon! Our weekly Sheffield adults group is an opportunity to get out of the house and meet other SHASBAH members. Entry is free and refreshments are provided!

Our team provide everything you need for a fun afternoon. There are optional activities such as card games, origami and Hama beads. Plus, we’re always open to suggestions and trying new things. It’s a great opportunity to get to know other people who have Spina bifida or Hydrocephalus. We meet every week, so you can really build lasting relationships. We’re a friendly bunch, so don’t be shy!

Our venue, Longley Four Greens Community Centre, is excellent and easily accessible, located in Longley, North Sheffield. If you need help with transport, just get in touch and we’d be happy to help. We hope to see you there!
